    1 teaspoon of brown sugar (can don’t add if you like)

    1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh banana slices

    1/3 cup blueberries (Optional)


    Combine the yogurt, honey, cinnamon powder into a small bowl and mix.

    Toss in the muesli and brown sugar and top with the banana slices in a new empty bowl or saucer.

    Pour in the yogurt mix to the bowl of muesli banana mix.

    Sprinkle with more cinnamon if you so desired.
